Impromptu weekend dinner plans and you’ve run out of dessert ideas? Well, we’ve got you covered! What if your dessert bowl looks colourful and packed creaminess, bold flavours and a whole lot of nutrition too? Surprised? When you have access to some juicy, delicious tropical fruits, whipping up a fun dessert for your party becomes all the more fun, refreshing and colourful!
Ingredients:
- Oat milk curd: 250 ml
- Baby Young Coconut slices/ meat: 100gm
- Mini pineapple: 100gm, chopped
- Mango Nam Dok Mai: 200gm chopped
- Red Rose Apple: 150 gm, peeled and chopped
- Raw Cane Sugar: 100gm
Process:
- Whisk the oat milk curd with sugar and meat of baby young coconut and refrigerate it for a couple of hours.
- Chop all the fruits and add it just before you serve the dessert.
- Garnish with flaxseeds or shredded toasted nuts of your choice
Pro Tip!
~ If you add the fruits before time, it will leave water and make the fruit cream runny.
~ The young coconut meat gives your dessert a creamy texture and the oat milk curd is a healthy plant based option to plain yogurt.
