COVID-19 Guidelines

1) Does your produce come from Covid-19 affected regions?

All our produce is sourced from Thailand which is one of the least affected regions during the Covid-19 pandemic. We work to ensure that our produce is picked with extreme care for hygiene and sanitisation.

2)What are you doing to ensure zero-contact delivery to avoid transmission of the virus?
We are constantly in touch with our delivery partners to ensure all sanitisation and hygiene standards and protocols are followed. Purolator™ follows strict zero-contact delivery policy for all their deliveries. 

3) Will the pandemic affect supply chain or hamper/ delayed deliveries?

We are constantly working to ensure that delivery commitments are met. However, given the extraordinary times, external factors such as global and national government restrictions may impact timelines which shall be communicated appropriately. 

4) How are you working on the sanitisation and hygiene processes in your packaging facility and any special measures to contain the spread of virus?

Our state-of-art packaging facility followsall necessary guidelines and international standards forhygiene and sanitisation while handling and packaging the produce. Our packaging staff is regularly tested and usesprescribed masks, gloves and PPE Kits. All the produce is thoroughly washed in clean flowing water and naturally dried without causing any nutritional loss. (please add a note about employee testing/vaccinations)
